Ethnic and Multicultural Congregational Consulting
Our consultants are happy to offer our services to Ethnic and Multicultural Congregations who seek to be more faithful, healthy, sustainable and culturally appropriate expressions of the Body of Christ in their neighborhoods.
Congregational consultants can help with things like: working with the leadership and Diocese in a clergy transition, facilitating conversations about the community’s goals, helping people talk when there is a conflict in the congregation or between congregations.
Any congregation that believes there may be cultural dynamics at work in its goals or conflicts may want to request a consultant who has had intercultural competency training.
