Testimonials:
I have worked for the Episcopal church in parish ministry for ten years and have attended countless workshops, trainings, and seminars. The College for Congregational Development is different because it both lights a fire in my soul to engage in the important work of Congregational Development AND gives me the tools to do it.

Being small, being in a remote location, being an older congregation doesn’t mean you’re at the end of your life, it means that this is an opportunity for something amazing to happen.

St. Germain’s Hoodsport, one of the College’s success stories:
Enrolling two people from St. Germain (Hoodsport, WA) to the two-year College of Congregational Development was the turning point for our small, rural church. The College curriculum, combined with the equally important peer parish interactions, provided us with tools to reimagine St. Germain and ensure our survival. Today, we have new energy, a clear focus, and new members – along with renewed faith to share God’s Word on the WA peninsula.
