We are reaching the end of our program year, and preparing to send forth our graduates as the leaves fall at Dumas Bay. This is the weekend when we learn specific tools to intervene skillfully in a system, and get helpful feedback from colleagues about the projects we are planning in our congregations. Leaders are always up to something in their systems, so graduation from the College doesn’t mean we’re done. Projects never end. We help all participants learn how to consistently plan and create change in their congregations, change that happens in a way that develops the congregation into the healthy, sustainable community that God desires to create in all times and places.
